This is a fortified wine, consisting of multiple varieties from multiple vintages including Semillon & Chardonnay. Sultana, caramel and honey notes.

Harvested: Multi-Vintage
Process: Handpicked, pressed, de-stemmed and fermented on skins, barrel aged, part fermented and fortified with brandy spirit
Alcohol: 18% (5.3 standard drinks)
Quantity: limited release
Cellar: As long as the tides carry you
Food: Pavlova, Gruyer cheese
