With an insatiable sweet tooth and personality to match, Kay longingly requested her son craft a sweet white wine. Whilst Murrumbateman Winery owner and winemaker Bob prefers dry wines he found a compromise to keep mum happy, crafting this delicious and citrus driven off dry Riesling with a soft sweetness on the palate. Having achieved Kay's tick of approval, this wine pairs fabulously with cheesecake and blue cheese.
