Je suis la combinaison parfaite de deux vins de bordeaux. As a Cabernet Sauvignon-Malbec I am a Bordeaux blend. Whilst I am proud of my French heritage, I am new age in craft and style, reflecting our love of rich red wines. I have defined blackcurrant and blueberries flavours, hints of spice and silky tannins. My perfect pairing is roasted venison with rosemary potatoes.
